Aylesham Primary School follows the local authority scheme for admission to primary schools.

Admission to Primary School in September for children in Reception:
Applications for children to start school in September usually start the November before and close in January in the year of admission. You can apply for up to 3 schools, putting them in order of preference. If you miss the January deadline for application, please contact primaryadmissions@kent.gov.uk
Applications will be processed between January and April. If you apply online, you will receive an email on offer day telling you which school has been offered. If you apply by post, your letter will be posted on offer day by first class post.

Admissions Guidance for September 2025:
- Applications for transfer to primary school for Reception year in September 2025 opens on 5th November 2024 and close on 15th January 2025.

To apply for a place at Aylesham Primary School for other times of the year or for classes other than Reception Class, please contact the school office on 01304 840392 where staff will be able to help you. You will be asked to download and complete an In Year Admissions form and return it to school. The form can be downloaded HERE.
